We ship Gloura from our studio in Seoul to almost everywhere on earth — and we keep it simple, tracked, and free when your cart hits $40.
How fast
Orders are packed within 1–3 business days. Once your parcel leaves us you'll get a tracking link by email so you can watch your balm make its way to you.
- United States: 8–12 business days
- Canada, UK, EU: 9–14 business days
- Australia, NZ, Asia: 6–11 business days
- Rest of world: 10–18 business days
How much
Standard tracked shipping is $5.95. Orders over $40 ship free, automatically — the Duo and Glow Squad both qualify.
Duties and import taxes (where applicable) are calculated at checkout.
Lost or stuck in transit?
Couriers occasionally get a bit dramatic. If your tracking hasn't updated in 7+ days, email hello@gloura.co and we'll sort it out — usually with a replacement on its way the same day.
