Skincare is personal, and we want you to love yours. If Gloura isn't your forever balm, we'll refund or replace it — even if the tube is half-used.
How it works
- Email returns@gloura.co within 30 days of delivery with your order number.
- We'll reply within one business day with next steps. You usually won't need to mail anything back.
- Refunds land on your original payment method in 3–5 business days, or we'll send a fresh balm if you'd prefer to swap.
The fine print (kept short)
- Bundles can be returned together for a full refund.
- Original shipping is non-refundable on change-of-mind returns.
- If your balm arrived damaged or wrong, we cover everything — please send a photo when you write in.
