Skincare is personal, and we want you to love yours. If Gloura isn't your forever balm, we'll refund or replace it — even if the tube is half-used.

How it works

  1. Email returns@gloura.co within 30 days of delivery with your order number.
  2. We'll reply within one business day with next steps. You usually won't need to mail anything back.
  3. Refunds land on your original payment method in 3–5 business days, or we'll send a fresh balm if you'd prefer to swap.

The fine print (kept short)

  • Bundles can be returned together for a full refund.
  • Original shipping is non-refundable on change-of-mind returns.
  • If your balm arrived damaged or wrong, we cover everything — please send a photo when you write in.
